Amy Bock, LPCC-S, CFRC

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Supervisor  |  Certified First Responder Counselor

As a dedicated first responder counselor, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and understanding of the challenges faced by those in high-stress occupations. With a background in clinical mental health and specialized training in trauma-informed care, I am committed to providing compassionate support and evidence-based interventions to help individuals navigate the emotional toll of their work.

Having worked closely with first responders for years, I understand the complexities of their roles and the impact it can have on their mental well-being. Whether it's coping with critical incidents, managing occupational stress, or addressing post traumatic stress injuries, I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals to process their experiences and develop healthy coping strategies.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. By incorporating techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, and stress management, I empower my clients to build resilience and regain a sense of balance in their lives.

Above all, I am deeply passionate about supporting the mental health and well-being of those who selflessly serve our communities. It is an honor to accompany first responders on their journey toward healing and personal growth.

If you're ready to take the first step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
